Leadership school for beginners
Are you at least 16 years old and have a desire to care for the young in your parish or community?
Leadership school for beginners is a great formation program for you.
What awaits you at this school? Unforgettable weekend meetings, young people from different parts of Slovakia, great guests, a lot of fun, common prayers, groups, testimonies, outdoor activities, games, discussions on interesting topics. Final mini-projects where you will be able to test your skills in practice. And that’s not all. The school also includes Accredited non-formal education, the topics of which are focused on your growth and work with a small group of children and youth. After successfully completing the animation school, you can obtain a certificate of accredited education.
Leadership school
Have you already graduated from one of the leading schools for beginners? Do you lead a group or team of people, and would you like to move on in leadership?
The leadership school is here for you! On seven weekends, we will talk about the basics of leadership, how to build a team, develop people, etc. Of course, we do not only stay on a theoretical level, but we also offer you the possibility of an internship, where you can use all this!
The school also includes Accredited Education, the topics of which are focused on your growth and team leadership. After successfully completing the school, you can obtain a certificate of accredited education.
School of authentic hearts
Have you already graduated from one of the leading schools, and do you want to help people through personal interviews? Are you interested to know how to do it?
The School of Authentic Hearts offers you the space to discover the possibilities of counseling and accompanying young people. However, if you want to lead others, you need to grow and learn yourself. You can get all this during lectures, group work, or creative workshops.
